We believe that every child of God is a missionary  and every unbeliever a mission field.”

Mission Ministry would like to communicate to the people and the world, the life-changing power of Jesus Christ in a practical and understanding way and to develop them into productive, victorious Christians. Set challenges to every Christian to develop a heart for the unreached by investing through intercessory praying and giving and nurture them to passionately love God, genuinely love others and participate in making disciples of all nations.

Mission Ministry is the over all in charge of the Local, National and Foreign mission affairs of the church. Spearhead the Seed of Hope Project that aims to support the underprivileged children in the Phils, Africa and in other part of the world. Working hand in hand with the Church Planting Ministry in the Mission and Evangelism program of the church.

We envision that the Local Church of WIN-Sharjah is actively engage in Purpose Driven-Missions both in Regular-(evangelism) and Frontier mission-(cross-cultural).

WIN- SHARJAH MISSION MINISTRY MISSION STATEMENT

GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
1. WIN-SHARJAH local church leadership, workers from different ministries, fully understood the vision, motivated, equipped and participating in Purpose Driven Mission. Along this process, they shall affect the lives of other for transformation.

2. As Representatives of Missions Ministry, we want to be fully equipped as Mission workers, united, more zealous, fulfilled in working together towards a common goal thus enabling everyone to maximize his or her potentialities.
3. We want to stimulate interest and involvement, stirring individuals to move out of their comfort zones and challenge them to move together toward maturity in Christ and as such, seeing them transformed, supportive to carry out the Missions vision; energetic and actively involved in this movement.

4. Being the light and salt of the world we want the surrounding community to be able to see the love of Christ in action through us. That in our lives and work they will see that in Christ the kingdom of God had come to transform us. We want them to be transformed also by the power of God, so that the Father will be glorified in the community where we belong.

5. To consider the opportunity of meeting the majority of people in this region belonging to the most unreached nations of the world: India, Pakistan, China, Arabs and decide what we are going to do with the window of opportunity given to us in seeing closure to the task of world evangelization.
